Our Objective
The primary objective of the Structural Termite Control Services is to facilitate the processing and improve the efficiency of the processor/underwriter within reverse mortgage companies. From the receipt of the appraisal report (identifying the appraisal conditions), through a detailed field inspection we determine the scope of work needed, provide accurate, timely estimates, and, if requested complete the necessary repairs.
